This pair of small layered leaves made jewelry components for Whiting & Davis in the early 20th century.

A branch of detailed leaves with a scaled pattern on them. It's the perfect size for hair clips, brooches, and pendants. From the Frank Morrow Co. (20th century Providence, RI) which specialized in decorative trims and furnishings, as well as hyper realistic botanical and animal designs.

This medallion depicts the legend of Saint George slaying the dragon. He is mostly nude except for a cloak or chlamys and a helmet, and he carries a sword. He rides atop a horse that tramples the infamous dragon into ocean waves. This medallion is the front half of JVP-SH523, "St. George Medallion (Small, Back)" and is the smaller version of the famous Saint George Slays the Dragon medallion, both sold separately.

This design depicts a ship caught in a tempest. The Latin phrase, "In Tempestate Securitas," or "Security in the Storm," is engraved across the top. The phrase is commonly associated with Saint George and safe travel. This medallion is the back half of the famous Saint George Slays the Dragon medallion, which is sold separately.

This is an original component of one of the Yellowstone National Park emblems, but it lacks any embellishments or letters, making it just a realistic bear. A very cute bear.
