Return & Refund Policy
Return within 30 days of purchase.
We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If you have problems or concerns with a purchase, please let us know. We will do our best to be sure you are satisfied or will refund you for your purchase upon return of the product within 30 days of purchase. We can only accept items that are returned without signs of wear and tear.
If a product arrives and you decide you do not want it, but want a refund, you are responsible for the cost of shipping it back to us. All products returned are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. A refund of the original purchase price (minus shipping and 25% re-stocking fee) will be provided only if the item has no signs of wear and tear.
*Please include a note with your order and include your name, address and why you are returning the item.
Coil Cutter Kits or Coil Cutter Deluxe returned with used saw blade or used cut lube will receive a refund, minus the cost of those two items. No refunds on individually-purchased, used saw blades.
If a product is defective, we will pay for the return shipping OR send a replacement part whenever possible.
Potter Classroom Cancellation Policy:
We understand that life happens! Here's what to expect if you need to make changes to your class registration:
- Need to Cancel? If you cancel 7 or more days before your class, you'll receive a full refund—no problem!
- Schedule Conflict? If you cancel 3 to 6 days before the class, we’ll issue you a credit to use toward a future Potter Classroom class.
- Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made 24 hours before the class are non-refundable. Unfortunately, no-shows are also not eligible for refunds or credits.
- Can’t Make It? Send a Friend! You're welcome to transfer your spot to someone else—just send us an email at least 48 hours in advance to let us know who’s coming in your place.
- Studio Canceled Classes: If we need to cancel a class for any reason, you’ll have the option of a full refund or a full credit toward a future class—your choice.
- Makeup Classes: At this time, we’re unable to offer makeup sessions for missed classes. If you’re unsure you can attend, we recommend waiting until a future date that works better for your schedule.

Refunds or credits are typically processed within 7 days. - Policy Updates: We may update this policy from time to time. The version active at the time of your purchase will always apply.
