Pancake Die Bundle 1" Round Box Forming Kit

This kit includes 5 pancake dies which work together to form a 1" round lidded container. Use this pancake die set with 18-gauge sheet metal to create 1" round boxes with fitted lids! The kit includes pancake dies for two types of lids - over-fitted lids (lids that fit over the container), and inside-fitted lids (lids that have an inner rim that fits down into the container). These small containers are perfect for ring boxes, little gifts, small treasures, pill boxes, or whatever you can think of! We’ve done all the math for you so you don’t have to figure out how to make all the parts fit together yourself - just cut, solder, form, and assemble! **The die measurements have all been done for 18 gauge metal and a snug fitted lid. You can use other gauges (16-22) but it will change the fit of the lid and container. This set includes the following: PD1913: Container body measures 83mm x 20mm, overall die measures 5-3/8" x 5-5/16" PD1914: Over-Fitted Lid measures 91mm x 10mm, overall die measures 5-7/16" x 4-15/16" PD1915: Inside-Fitted Lid Outer Band measures 83mm x 10mm, overall die measures 5-7/16" x 4-15/16" PD1916: Inside-Fitted Lid Inner Band measures 77mm x 10mm, overall die measures 5-7/16" x 4-15/16" PD1917: Lid top and container bottom measures 28mm diameter, overall die measures 3-3/8" x 5-5/8"
