This rattlesnake jewelry hub is approximately 150 years old. The way this die works is by "hiding" the middle part of the snake beneath another component. For instance, the two halves of the snake could make up either side of a ring top or pendant, or it could make the front and back of an earring. From W & S Blackinton.
