Dish Former Silhouette Die - Mandala 2-13/16"

Brand new! Use this tool to make shallow domed forms, such as trinket dishes, box lids, small containers, etc. 2-13/16" diameter. 1/4" thick. Must be used with a large sheet of urethane (available separately). ***Will not fit in the discontinued Potter USA medium press*** Meant to be paired with Pancake Die 1300B. Anneal your metal before use and between pressings to prevent it from splitting at the edge of the die
Leave at least 1/4" (preferably 1/2") edge around the shape to allow for the metal to be formed into the die
Can stack two dies and make deeper dishes. Anneal and press multiple times, filling the center of the domed metal with small pieces of urethane and topping it with the urethane sheet.
If your upper platen is smaller/narrower than the shape of the die, place a larger spacer on top of the urethane sheet before use to ensure even pressure.
