Potter Classroom Cancellation Policy:

We understand that life happens! Here's what to expect if you need to make changes to your class registration:

  1. Need to Cancel?
    If you cancel 7 or more days before your class, you'll receive a full refund—no problem!
  2.  Schedule Conflict?
    If you cancel 3 to 6 days before the class, we’ll issue you a credit to use toward a future Potter Classroom class.
  3. Cancellations & No-Shows:
    Cancellations made 24 hours before the class are non-refundable.
    Unfortunately, no-shows are also not eligible for refunds or credits.
  4. Can’t Make It? Send a Friend!
    You're welcome to transfer your spot to someone else—just send us an email at least 48 hours in advance to let us know who’s coming in your place.
  5. Studio Canceled Classes:
    If we need to cancel a class for any reason, you’ll have the option of a full refund or a full credit toward a future class—your choice.
  6. Makeup Classes:
    At this time, we’re unable to offer makeup sessions for missed classes. If you’re unsure you can attend, we recommend waiting until a future date that works better for your schedule.
  7. How to Cancel or Transfer Your Spot:
    Just send us a quick email at [email protected].
    Refunds or credits are typically processed within 7 days.
  8. Policy Updates:
    We may update this policy from time to time. The version active at the time of your purchase will always apply.

Champleve Enamel Pendant In-person class - Full Day Instructor: Sheryl Haupt Date: January 23, 2026 Time: 10:00am to 3:00pm Level: All Levels The classroom is located at 1949 E. Eastland, Tucson, Arizona, 85719. This class is for beginner and intermediate students. Some metal sawing and soldering experience is helpful. Make a champleve enamel pendant. In this one-day class you will learn to prepare a fine silver stamping, create a bail and solder it to the stamping, and then enamel to create a beautiful finished pendant. Cost of class includes all materials.

Champleve Enamel Bracelet In-person class - Full Day, 2 DAYS Instructor: Sheryl Haupt Date: February 13 & 14 Time: 10:00am to 4:00pm both days Level: All Levels The classroom is located at 1949 E. Eastland, Tucson, Arizona, 85719. This class is for intermediate students. Metal sawing experience is required. Make a champleve enamel bracelet. This is a 2 part class from 10am-4pm each day. You will learn how to enamel fine silver stampings to create a beautiful bracelet. After preparing the metal, you will enamel each link and then fabricate the bracelet using jump rings. Cost of class includes all materials.
