Class - Wedding Band Workshop - Private

In this one-of-a-kind, full-day workshop, couples will have the opportunity to craft their very own wedding bands, start to finish, with the private instruction of one of our expert jewelers. Whether you want rings to celebrate a marriage, an anniversary, or another type of commitment, couples will have the unique opportunity to browse our extensive antique jewelry die collection and choose designs that fit their own personal style. Together, we’ll melt down your metal of choice, pour an ingot, die-strike your ring designs using an antique screw press from the mid 1800's, saw, form, solder, and finish your wedding rings in a private, fun, and focused session in our studio. This is an incredible experience to enjoy together, making something personal and lasting that you will cherish for a lifetime. Before your workshop, we’ll have a consultation meeting to discuss your material preferences (gold alloys, silver, etc.), let you browse our die collection and choose your designs (we have the largest collection of antique jewelry dies in the world). Couples will be additionally be responsible for the materials cost of their rings once size, design and alloy are chosen. Pricing depends on current market metal prices at the time of the workshop. Our expert craftspeople will walk you through each and every step of the fabrication process, providing expert instruction, making sure you are successful with the technical processes involved in crafting your rings, all while having a fun, memorable, and romantic experience with your partner. Potter Classroom Cancellation Policy:

We understand that life happens! Here's what to expect if you need to make changes to your class registration:

  1. Need to Cancel?
    If you cancel 7 or more days before your class, you'll receive a full refund—no problem!
  2.  Schedule Conflict?
    If you cancel 3 to 6 days before the class, we’ll issue you a credit to use toward a future Potter Classroom class.
  3. Cancellations & No-Shows:
    Cancellations made 24 hours before the class are non-refundable.
    Unfortunately, no-shows are also not eligible for refunds or credits.
  4. Can’t Make It? Send a Friend!
    You're welcome to transfer your spot to someone else—just send us an email at least 48 hours in advance to let us know who’s coming in your place.
  5. Studio Canceled Classes:
    If we need to cancel a class for any reason, you’ll have the option of a full refund or a full credit toward a future class—your choice.
  6. Makeup Classes:
    At this time, we’re unable to offer makeup sessions for missed classes. If you’re unsure you can attend, we recommend waiting until a future date that works better for your schedule.
  7. How to Cancel or Transfer Your Spot:
    Just send us a quick email at [email protected].
    Refunds or credits are typically processed within 7 days.
  8. Policy Updates:
    We may update this policy from time to time. The version active at the time of your purchase will always apply.
