This plate was damaged by our heat treating company, so there are a few dings and scratches on the plate you will need to remove, as there's nothing we can do to fix the master. By purchasing this product, you agree that these are not defects, understand that if you want to remove them it will be your responsibility, and that no refunds/exchanges will be issued due to the marked dings (see photo). Thanks for understanding that without this disclaimer, this plate would not be available.
Tips for tidying up your plate:
The dings on the plate you receive are raised, which makes them easier to remove from the plate, rather than trying to remove impressed dings on your textured metal. Use sanding discs in a flex shaft, grinding/abrasive wheels, or riffler files to carefully and strategically remove the unwanted marks.
