This kit includes 5 pancake dies which work together to form a 1" round lidded container. Use this pancake die set with 18-gauge sheet metal to create 1" round boxes with fitted lids! The kit includes pancake dies for two types of lids - over-fitted lids (lids that fit over the container), and inside-fitted lids (lids that have an inner rim that fits down into the container). These small containers are perfect for ring boxes, little gifts, small treasures, pill boxes, or whatever you can think of! We’ve done all the math for you so you don’t have to figure out how to make all the parts fit together yourself - just cut, solder, form, and assemble! **The die measurements have all been done for 18 gauge metal and a snug fitted lid. You can use other gauges (16-22) but it will change the fit of the lid and container. This easy-to-use ear wire jig makes it easy to make repeatable, consistently sized kidney-style ear wires. This tool is NOT used in a hydraulic press. Finished ear wire is approx. 7/8" long, 3/8" wide, and features an outward bend in the end of the wire and catch for a secure hold. The loop is approx. 3mm diameter. Recommended for use with half-hard 20g wire.
