Dish Former Silhouette Die - 3in. Christmas Tree

Brand new! Use this tool to make shallow domed forms, such as trinket dishes, lockets, small containers, etc. 3" tall x 3" wide 1/4" thick. Must be used with a large sheet of urethane (available separately). Pairs well with PD956B (available separately)

Recommended use with 18g or thicker nonferrous metal

Anneal your metal before use and between pressings to prevent it from splitting at the edge of the die
Leave at least 1/4" (preferably 1/2") edge around the shape to allow for the metal to be formed into the die
Can stack two dies and make deeper dishes. Anneal and press multiple times, filling the center of the domed metal with small pieces of urethane and topping it with the urethane sheet.
If your upper platen is smaller/narrower than the shape of the die, place a larger spacer on top of the urethane sheet before use to ensure even pressure.

Bag of 10 pieces of urethane for use with impression dies. 95 durometer sheet. Pieces range from approximately 1/2 inch squares. Thickness of each piece is 1/4 inch. Note: These will fray, crack and deform with use, but you will get many uses from them.
