Custom pancake dies will not be available to others for purchase. Price includes two pancake dies per design, sent to customer.

Minimum size 0.5". And it can't get too narrow if there's a part that bridges in the shape - narrow sections no thinner than 0.25"

Pancake dies can be tricky, and certain details may not be an option. No hollowed out sections within the design (ie, the circle inside a donut), thin, straight lines do not work well, and certain things that come to a sharp point (i.e., a horn on a unicorn) will not work. Smoothed edges on these items tend to work best. We will advise you about the viability of your design.

Customer must email a drawing or internet image with dimensions marked. We need an overall size.

Can take 3 to 4 weeks to receive dies after your final approval of the design.

Prices for size of image vary. Each are listed as options separately on our website.

2 modifications at $25 per modification.

A modification will be things like "make it rounder on this part", "thinner on this part." The image sent to be copied will be used, so be sure it is what you want, or that you indicate in advance what items you would like changed.

This spacer measures 7-3/4" in length, 4-1/2" in width, and is 1/2" thick. It is nonmagnetic. Spacers are used in the press to lessen the amount of effort needed to extend the jack and activate the items being used in the press. Top and bottom platens are not meant to touch - it will cause the jack to overextend and cause leaking, or for jack to fail. Always use spacers on lower platen to take up space between platens.
